The Lasco 450020 is a Schedule 40 white PVC fitting — a 2 in. MPT plug that threads into female-threaded ports to seal the opening. Maximum service temperature is 140°F. The Lasco 450020 meets ASTM D-1784, ASTM D-2466, ASTM F-1970, NSF 61, and NSF 14 standards. Do not use with compressed air or gases, do not test PVC piping systems with compressed air or gases, and do not use with liquids not recommended by Lasco. Not for use in hot or cold water distribution systems in a dwelling.
