The Pentair 152290Z is a genuine OEM long lateral for Pentair sand filters, sized 6-11/16″ and intended as a direct replacement part. It fits Pentair Tagelus, Triton II, and Sand Dollar sand filters, covering models TA40, TA50, TA60, TR40, TR50, TR60, SD40, and SD60.
The lateral distributes water evenly through the sand bed, which keeps sand from passing into the outlet plumbing and maintains consistent filtration efficiency and hydraulics. Because it is an OEM component, it delivers factory fit and hydraulic performance across the PacFab/Tagelus, Triton II, and Sand Dollar filter models listed above.
Construction is chemical- and corrosion-resistant plastic, and the lateral uses a standard MPT connection. Installation is a drop-in replacement with no trimming or modification required.
