Poxoprime II is a two-component epoxy primer formulated for application over uncoated or smooth concrete and plaster surfaces. It is intended as an undercoat for compatible epoxy topcoats such as Poxolon 2 or Zeron and soaks into and seals porous surfaces. The primer can be applied to damp surfaces to reduce downtime during surface preparation, but it should not be applied over existing coatings.
