Product Description
The Century ECM16SQU is a 1.65 Total Horsepower variable speed pool motor with a square flange, intended for pool pump applications where high efficiency and energy savings matter. It is designed to replace motors ranging from 1/2 to 1.65 HP.
Specifications: 1.65 THP; 600–3450 RPM full variable speed; 208–230 V; 10.5 max amps; totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) enclosure; 48Y frame with ECM design; and a 5/8" diameter threaded stainless steel shaft.
This brushless permanent magnet motor has a programmable user interface offering timer mode, manual mode, and freeze protection. It is rated for continuous duty with Class B insulation at 50°C, and includes Power Factor Correction to improve efficiency and reduce input amps.
Fitment covers a wide range of pool pumps, including Pentair Superflo, Ultra Flow, Whisperflo, and Anthony Centrifugal; the Sta-Rite Max-E-Glas series; Jandy Stealth, Flo Pro, and Max HP; and Waterway Champion models.
