The Lasco 447015 is a Schedule 40 PVC fitting — a slip cap in white, sized at 1-1/2 in. It meets ASTM D-1784, ASTM D-2466, ASTM F-1970, NSF 61, and NSF 14 standards. Maximum service temperature is 140°F. Do not use this fitting with compressed air, gases, or in hot/cold water distribution systems within a dwelling.
