12-inch square anti-entrapment suction outlet cover designed to replace standard 12" square covers with 11¼" center-to-center screw spacing. Intended for pools and spas, it fits existing 3/4" deep mud frames and includes a vented riser ring and mud frame for retrofit installations. The cover is made for visible determination of VGBA compliance and meets applicable suction outlet safety standards.
