An 18-inch square replacement suction outlet cover assembly with four 9-inch square wave anti-entrapment covers and vented riser rings. Designed for pools and spas to replace standard 18" square 2x2 grid covers with 8.25" center-to-center screw spacing and 3/4" deep existing frames. Intended to meet safety standards for entrapment protection.
