18-inch square mud frame assembly designed to replace existing 18" square 2x2 grid cover systems that use four 9" square suction outlet covers. Intended for pool and spa floor installations with a 3/4" deep existing frame and 8¼" center-to-center screw hole spacing. Includes vented riser rings and is sized for applications requiring periodic cover replacement and VGBA compliance verification.
